What is the $100K Extreme Corporate Makeover all about?
We believe passionately that good citizenship is good business and we are committed not only to giving back to society, but to helping businesses achieve increased NOI and improved employee performance. Quite frankly, we are looking to spread some light in all of the economic doom and gloom we read about in the headlines today.

How do I enter my company for a chance at the $100K Extreme Corporate Makeover?
Simply click on the “Enter Your Company Now” button at the top right or bottom left of this webpage and complete the entry form. The entry form will ask a few questions about you, your company and give you an opportunity to tell us why your company deserves a $100K makeover.

What if 500 words isn’t enough to tell you how great my company is?
Use the 500 words to highlight the important points about your company and feel free to also create a video as part of your nomination. Just be sure to provide the YouTube link on your nomination form.

How do I include a video with my nomination form?
Once you have filmed your video, upload it to YouTube. You will need to create an account with a user name and password for YouTube if you don’t already have one. Once you are signed in click on the yellow box labeled “upload” at the top right of the webpage. You can create a video using your webcam or you can upload a video file. If you are uploading a video file, you will need to click “upload video” to select your file. Some video cameras come with software equipped to upload video files directly to YouTube. If you are using one of these devices, please refer to the software instructions.

What if my company does not need a new logo or one of the other services included in the prize?
Your company may opt to forego any one of the services offered as part of the prize. However, substitutions apply only at the sole discretion of DTN or its alliance partners. You may not substitute services or value of services. Let’s just say that some companies don’t know they want to change their website until they see what we can do with websites. That’s right, our creative team is, how do you say, Money! Not to mention the A-game services that our alliance partners provide!

What are the judges looking for in the selection process?
We want to know why your company is the most deserving multifamily firm in America. Whether you’re keeping customer service at the forefront of business during tough economic times, developing work cultures that align performance with corporate values, cutting back on expenses without sacrificing excellence, exercising social responsibility (eco-friendly initiatives, volunteer service or charity work), or your company is doing something else that deserves merit, we want to hear about it!

I am an on-site professional. Am I eligible to enter my company?
Anyone is eligible to enter their company in the contest. However, we recommend you discuss the contest with your supervisor or other members of your executive team gain permission to submit a nomination form.
